New beginnings

Happy Spring.
This is a great time of year as it represents new beginnings and renewal. How does this apply to your workout regime or your life? At this time of year we do our spring cleaning so maybe it’s also the time to change other things up in your life. Is there something new you’d like to try? Is it time to go beyond your comfort zone? Maybe it’s a chance to bring some new people or adventures into your life.Join a running group, walk for charity,make your mark.
I think that spring is a great time to take your workout outside. Clean off the inline skates, get the bike tuned up, wake the dog up and get some fresh air. Changing up your workout routine and your life is good fo you. Always move forward- whether it’s on your own two feet, a bike, a kayak or skates.
