3.  I do not believe in pills, powders, steroids, fad diets or any potentially harmful products or gimmicks to achieve fitness goals.

4.  I do believe in exercise, good eating habits, sleeping habits and stress reduction.

5.  If you have any questions which I am unable to answer, I will put you in touch with someone qualified (i.e. medical or diet related) who can answer them.
